Friendly dog hotel means they like dogs but they don't treat dogs and their humans with care. If you don't like the conditions of your room you are out of luck. Don't expect them to have a dog welcome pack, dog cages or luggage carts as they advertise. They really need to rethink having dogs (1) stay on the 16th floor so far away from the dog relief station (2) having guests stay in out dated gross rooms like this. Dogs pee everywhere because other dogs released themselves due to them being way too far to the outside of the hotel. The hallways have original carpets that are in need of removal.

The rooms are quiet but the rooms itself are gross. Completely out dated and NOT worth what you pay. They do not clean them or repair them well. You have to rush your dog to the elevator down 16 floors across a big lobby out another flight of steps to a dirty fake grass 4X4 small outside dog relief area.
